تنطبق هذه الشروط على استخدام تطبيق Dalverny للمستخدمين وتطبيق Dalverny للسائقين. التطبيق قيد التطوير، وقد تتغير بعض الميزات قبل الإطلاق العام.
استخدام الخدمة
يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة عند إنشاء الحساب، واستخدام الخدمة بطريقة قانونية وآمنة، وعدم إساءة استخدام الحسابات أو وسائل التواصل أو أنظمة التحقق. أنت مسؤول عن حماية هاتفك ورموز التحقق الخاصة بك.
الطلبات والتوفر
تعتمد إمكانية تنفيذ الطلب ووقت الوصول على توفر السائقين والمنطقة والظروف التشغيلية. تُعرض التفاصيل المتاحة داخل التطبيق قبل تأكيد الطلب كلما كان ذلك ممكنًا.
السلوك والسلامة
يُحظر استخدام Dalverny في أنشطة غير قانونية أو مؤذية أو مضللة. يجوز تعليق الحسابات التي تهدد سلامة المستخدمين أو السائقين أو تحاول التحايل على أنظمة الخدمة.
التغييرات والتواصل
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط مع تطور الخدمة. سيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في هذه الصفحة، وستتوفر قناة الدعم الرسمية داخل التطبيق عند الإطلاق.

Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, use the service lawfully and safely, and protect your device and verification codes. Misuse of accounts, communications, or verification systems is not permitted.
Requests and availability
Delivery availability and timing depend on driver availability, service area, and operating conditions. Available details will be shown in the application before confirmation whenever possible.
Safety and updates
Illegal, harmful, deceptive, or unsafe use is prohibited. These terms may be updated as the service develops, and the latest update date will remain visible on this page.
